We are a small family owned and operated farm since 2005! We are located in western Warren County Missouri. Our family has a great passion for the Hereford breed that dates back to when Jess' family raised them for generations. We also love the advantages that the Hereford breed has to offer the cattle industry.
We currently run about 60 head of registered Hereford cattle. We strongly believe in breeding high quality cattle for longevity, good udders, soundness, and great disposition. We select our herd sires on their calving ease, growth, and carcass traits. The calf crop that we select to stay in our herd or sell for seedstock has to meet strict guidelines to enhance the quality of the breed, our herd, and to also do well in any commercial herd settings.
Since 2023 we have been selling our frozen, no added hormone beef. It is also USDA inspected. We have received many compliments on the taste of our beef.
We have also been rendering the fat into tallow that come from our cattle. We have been using the tallow to make safer soaps, lotions, and much more!
